When it comes to money, HGTV spares no expense. During their this year's HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway they are giving away a grand-prize package valued at $900,000.
Everyone who wanted to participate in this giveaway and have a chance to win this prize for themselves, had the chance to enter from August 23 to October 15, 2012. If you didn't participate, there's always next year. But those who did, have the chance to win big. Who won, has not been announced yet, but everyone have the chance to check HGTV's blog for information about that at http://blog.hgtv.com.
So what exactly are they giving away? Fully-furnished 1700 square-foot luxury condominium. The condominium has been decorated by Miami interior designer Lindsay Pumpa. Valued at $900 000, it includes two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen and of course, a terrace with a spectacular view to the Miami Beach. The building itself has also a state-of-the-art spa, to which the winner will also get a full access. And not only. The winner will also get access to the 91-foot-long pool, fire pit, a theater lawn and the sunrise waterfront pool. And of course, concierge and valet service.
"Paramount Bay is located in one of Miami’s premier waterfront areas—we could not have chosen a better site for the HGTV Urban Oasis 2012,” said HGTV House Planner Jack Thomasson.
